Times Quartz Private Limited offers 30 days replacement guarantee for all products sold through our web site (www.timesquartz.com) Customers may inform us through our Toll Free Number or e-mail of any damage or defect within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Times Quartz Private Limited will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.

Times Quartz Private Limited will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.

The 30 days return policy is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Times Quartz Private Limited:

Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which we identifies for not accepting the order. Cancellation by Customer:
Order can be canceled before it is shipped or after receiving the product. You can cancel the order within 30 days of receipt. You would see an option to cancel within ‘Track Orders’ section under the main menu of our Website then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from ‘Track Orders’ section, you may call our Tolll Free Number 1800 345 6474 and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online. An item cannot be cancelled after 30 days of delivery of the good/s. After ordering for the good/s, and upto the time of shipping, the customer can cancel the order.

Refund Policy
