Wheel Maintenance: Use a wet wipe or damp cloth to clean the wheels after every trip. Remove any hair or debris wrapped around the axles to ensure smooth rolling.

Mix lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Use a soft sponge to gently wipe down the exterior fabric. Focus on the bottom of the bag and the back panel where sweat/dirt accumulates.

Times Quartz Private Limited will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.
Please record a clear unboxing video showing the outer and inner packaging. This is mandatory for any return or replacement requests. Return or replacement request may get cancelled if the customer fails to provide any video proof.
The product should be returned with all the packaging in which it was delivered , if the product is received back to us without the box or in any box other than the original box provided with the product, an amount of ₹150/- shall be deducted from the total refund value of the product.
